Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to support and enhance our NetSuite environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and configuring NetSuite solutions to meet business needs, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs as required
  • Configure and manage changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, dashboards, forms, and other customizations
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into NetSuite configurations
  • Develop and execute test plans, UAT, and end-user training
  • Document key operational processes and maintain accurate records
  • Troubleshoot issues between NetSuite and third-party solutions, particularly billing-related integrations
  • Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices and industry standards
  • Participate in the development and implementation of NetSuite-related projects

About You – What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations or functional consulting
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules and business process design
  • Experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
  • Skilled in process creation, testing, documentation development, and end-user training
  • Ability to collate and report on large datasets in a clear, methodical manner
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, and reporting
  • Combined technical, business, and financial skillset
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions, locations, and seniority levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Confident in troubleshooting and problem-solving ad hoc issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
