As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing digital advertising campaigns for our client's product. This role is instrumental in supporting radio salespeople in selling digital advertising campaigns to advertisers.
The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for crafting custom media plans for complex campaigns, booking campaigns across various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and optimizing campaigns to demonstrate ROI to advertisers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in digital advertising platforms and a strategic mindset to drive successful campaign outcomes and renewals.

- Campaign Management: Manage the execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including:
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- Google DV360
- Illumin
- Hivestack
- StackAdapt
- Spotify
- Other relevant DSPs
- Media Planning & Strategy: Build custom proposals and media plans for omnichannel digital advertising campaigns.
- Campaign Booking: Efficiently book and launch campaigns once insertion orders are approved, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and achieve target KPIs.
- ROI Analysis & Reporting: Partner closely with the sales team to demonstrate campaign ROI to advertisers, supporting renewals and long-term client relationships.
- Sales Support: Provide technical and strategic support to radio salespeople, helping them effectively position and sell digital advertising solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital advertising and ad operations, preferably within a media company or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including:
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- Google DV360
- Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
- Experience with campaign booking, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and clients.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Passion for digital advertising and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in the radio or broadcasting industry is an advantage.
