Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement & Enrolment: Drive student enrolments by explaining the benefits of Readygrad's internship programs, assisting with the application process, and following up with potential leads.
- CRM Management (JobAdder): Maintain accurate student records within the CRM, ensuring all interactions are tracked and follow-ups are completed.
- Co-ordination with Placements Team: Collaborate with the Placements Team to ensure that student requirements are well communicated and that placements are aligned with their educational background and career goals.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing student enrolments. Follow up on marketing leads and help convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Performance Targets: Meet and exceed student enrolment targets as set by the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Flexibility in working hours may be required during peak enrolment periods.
- The role is primarily remote based, with student meetings conducted via phone, email, or video conferencing.
- You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that adapts quickly to student and market needs
