Job Description: 

Role Purpose

As part of the Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate with multiple business teams to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations. You will measure the impact of initiatives, identify opportunities, and support Temple & Webster’s strategic roadmap through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics projects across business teams, providing analyses and actionable insights to guide strategy and execution.
  • Support teams with data-based recommendations that drive decision-making.
  • Define and track strategic and operational metrics to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyse large volumes of customer and transactional data, championing insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Data Engineering & BI teams to design and implement automated dashboards, and identify emerging data needs.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience transforming raw data into actionable insights, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with commercial acumen to shape recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and communicating effectively with internal teams.
  • Proven ability to analyse customer and transactional data.
  • High attention to detail, curiosity, and critical thinking skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Tableau.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of Clickstream data.
  • Experience in experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Data modelling expertise.
