Job Description: 

 

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our service team, primarily

interacting with customers through inbound phone calls and emails. Your role is crucial in

ensuring excellent service for our rapidly growing customer base. You will assist customers

post-policy purchase and connect them with their Account Managers for complex servicing

requests.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently manage inbound customer service calls daily.

• Skillfully resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.

• Facilitate seamless communication between customers and their designated Account

Managers for specialized support.

• Promptly furnish customers with pertinent account information upon request.

 

QUALIFICATIONSAND SKILLS:

Minimum of 2 years prior experience in handling inbound customer service inquiries.

Proficiency in basic computer operations, with a preference for proficiency in G Suite and

familiarity with Salesforce.

Demonstrated proficiency in presentation and telephone etiquette.

Preferred background in customer service and sales, particularly within a call center

environment.
