Position Overview
TerryWhite Chemmart is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our retail media and ecommerce initiatives. This role will sit within our growing retail media team and play a critical support function across digital marketing activities. Reporting to the Retail Media Ad Ops Lead, the position offers a varied set of responsibilities and requires a generalist digital marketing skillset. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in ensuring tasks are executed within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting (25%)
- Compile PowerPoint reports from multiple digital sources including Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Provide preliminary insights and highlight key performance trends.
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review and validate retail media assets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (25%)
- Use AI tools to rewrite product descriptions optimized for SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking.
- Meta Ads (10%)
- Execute a high volume of straightforward Meta campaigns.
- Monitor performance and flag issues for optimization.
- Sponsored Search (10%)
- Set up and manage sponsored search assets on the company website.
- Track performance and ensure campaigns align with ecommerce objectives.
- Ad Hoc Digital Support & Administration (30%)
- Provide general digital marketing support across projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordination within the retail media team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or retail media - PREFERRED.
- Experience in Meta and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager - PREFERRED
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent) and keyword research techniques.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and data presentation.
