Job Description: 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to contribute to the efficiency of our operations.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately enter and update patient information, billing details, and other relevant data
into portfolio-specific systems.
• Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to gather necessary information
regarding claims
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies by reviewing and correcting data errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in all data handling.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data integrity and
streamline processes.
• Support additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-5 Years’ Experience in Data Entry and/or Revenue Cycle Management
• Basic understanding of insurance plans, member eligibility, and medical billing
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail oriented, strong problem solving, analyzing information and research skills
• Computer proficiency; experience with various software
• Ability to meet productivity goals based on portfolio
