Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes within the team’s Azure Databricks environment.
• Write efficient SQL for data extraction, transformation, modelling, and performance optimisation.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to understand analytical needs and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all datasets and reporting assets.
• Support business-as-usual reporting, project-driven analytics work, and new initiatives as the team scales.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics/engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (data modelling, transformations, and optimisation).
• Experience with ETL/data pipeline development
• Hands-on experience specifically with Databricks (must-have)
• Proven experience building dashboards and data models using Power BI.
