POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers; answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth delivery experiences. You’ll work with a supportive team, using both phone and email to help our customers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with updating delivery details and handling order inquiries
• Respond to and manage customer complaints and escalations
• Conduct basic CRM data entry and cleanup
• Make occasional outbound calls and send follow-up emails
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• A friendly, personable, and customer-first attitude
• Confidence and professionalism in phone calls
• Basic computer/CRM navigation skills
• Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar) is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
