We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative / Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing the complete supply chain process for designated customer accounts, including presales, order processing, back-order management, and after-sales inquiries.
The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, ensuring smooth operations and occasionally coordinating the work of others. This position requires a solid understanding of ICT infrastructure lifecycle, with tasks performed according to established routines and procedures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary or secondary contact for key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and relationship management.

Quote and Order Management: Handle day-to-day management of quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting: Produce timely and accurate customer and internal reports, fulfilling all reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Data Management: Process and maintain workplace information in Salesforce and ITQuoter, ensuring data integrity.
Competencies and Experience Required

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to meeting client needs.

IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of general IT concepts, including EUC, data centres, storage, and ICT infrastructure.

Tools Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and ITQuoter for data management and reporting.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective stakeholder interaction.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
