Job Description: 

We are looking for Business Account Agents (B2B) to continue driving our growth! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want to be on the front line with our clients, this role is for you.

 

What is a typical workday?

  • Filter and respond to client requests and questions via email or our client portal in English or Mandarin. Communicate clearly, listen to feedback, and incorporate it into recommendations.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all day-to-day matters specific to your accounts.

  • Process client claims for lost and damaged parcels.

  • Act as the liaison between clients and account managers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and results for your clients.

 

Business and Technical Skills

  • Experience in customer service and client-focused solutions roles.

  • Flexibility and ability to meet with customers.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent problem-solving and task management abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin).

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
