This position is responsible for supervising the Accounts Payable Team currently working through HGS related to the finance team. Position requires a high level of accuracy and proficiency in a busy atmosphere. Proven self-starter and ability to lead a team in a flexible environment.
Essential Functions:
• Verify accuracy of invoices and other documents/ Assist with Entering Invoices (3 way match)
• Answer internal/external inquiries
• Monitor Approvals through ASI and Docuware
• Monitor team to ensure on task
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Investigate and correct quantity and pricing issues
• High level of communication/ training new hires
• High level of understanding; inventory/purchase orders/bill of ladings
• Sense of urgency/able to manage time/meet deadlines/manage a team/ Monthly KPI goals
• Excel skills/ lookups and pivot tables
• Processing Job performance reviews
• Other job duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to be proactive and manage change
• Deadline oriented
• Proficient in Excel
