Job Description: 

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented professional to help build our internal AI and workflow capability. This role is focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing staff productivity, and applying AI tools to real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing workflows across the business
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Learn and apply knowledge of conveyancing and legal processes
  • Develop AI prompts, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Support workflow automation projects from design to implementation
  • Enhance document drafting and client communication processes
  • Create clear process documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with management to drive productivity improvements

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of experience in process improvement and/or business analytics
  • Experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new business processes quickly
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies
