Your Impact: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with one main goal: creating a positive impact in people’s daily lives.

We will provide the training and support needed for you to become an expert in your area and confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will handle inquiries related to billing, identify each customer’s specific needs, resolve concerns, process payments, and apply emotional intelligence to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Would you like to know what your daily routine in this role would look like?
  • You will:
  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls in English and Spanish, assisting with inquiries related to billing, payments, existing and new services, promotions, and requests for service updates or changes.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, provide technical assistance, or recommend products and services based on their requirements.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers experiencing issues by taking ownership of the situation and ensuring proper resolution.
  • Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, common issues, and available solutions.
  • Document customer needs, interactions, and resolutions using designated tools or systems, including creating additional requests when necessary.
  • Create a positive “WOW” experience in every interaction through effective communication, efficient support, and a strong sense of commitment.
  • Actively participate in one-on-one feedback sessions with the supervisor to maintain compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We Are Looking For:

So, what really makes a great Bilingual Customer Service Representative?  If you’re compassionate, energetic, bold and want to work in a customer-centric role with an amazing opportunity to make an impact on people’s lives, you’ll love this role! To be successful, you’ll need these qualities:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., with flexibility according to business needs.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in BPO or call center environments.
  • Experience resolving technical issues and ability to take ownership of solutions.
  • Demonstrated empathetic, friendly, and proactive attitude in every interaction.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to work with multiple monitors simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
